For your business
Promotional Videos for Small Businesses, from $199
Plan a small-business promotional video using approved photos, phone clips and brand materials, with clear deliverables, preparation and pricing.
Make your message visible
For owners of small service businesses, shops and independent brands who need a clear promotional film and want to control the scope before spending.
Explain what you offer, who it helps and how to get in touch. Start with the material you have; agree what can be used and what is missing before production.
Where are you starting?
You need to explain your service
Focus on the customer problem, what you provide and a contact or booking action. Supply real business facts; a visual scene must not invent staff, completed jobs or testimonials.
Service introductionYou have photos and phone clips
We assess their quality and permissions, then agree which can support a short promotional message. If critical details are missing, we explain what you need to capture or supply.
Social short videoYou want a stronger brand impression
Use a story-led film for atmosphere and recognition. Choose real business footage for factual claims; an illustrated family or lifestyle scene is not customer evidence.
Brand storyWhat would you like to make?
Relevant films and what they show
Explore different ways to introduce your business, from a service video to a restaurant ad or a behind-the-counter vlog. These examples show creative approaches. They do not represent sales results or client experience in every industry shown.
Your part and our part
You provide the business truth
Confirm your offer, prices or terms, contact details, service area and permissions. Tell us which photos show real work and which are illustrative.
We make the brief manageable
We assess the available material and agree one message, the intended placement, duration and format. You can ask about fit before starting an order.
You give focused feedback
Review the wording, business details, visuals and audio together. Collect changes into the included in-scope revision; additional versions are agreed separately.
What to prepare
- Your business name, logo, service area and contact or booking link
- Approved photos or phone clips of your actual business, products or work
- One service or offer to promote, with accurate terms and permission to use supplied material
- Preferred channel, budget, deadline and any restrictions on showing people or locations
Keep the budget and schedule clear
A standard single-video order covers one film in the purchased duration and one selected aspect ratio, with one in-scope revision. Additional cuts, ratios and language versions are agreed separately. Location filming, CAD modeling, campaign management and ad placement are not included in the published plans.
Choose your target date and available budget before agreeing the scope. Standard production has separate materials review, optional storyboard and production stages. Rush skips materials review and storyboard; confirm the current tier and its start condition before ordering.
Prepare before you order
Questions before you start
Do I have to appear on camera?
No. Discuss a treatment using supplied business photos, product imagery, text, music or an agreed voiceover. Do not use generated people as real staff or customer testimonials.
Can you film at my business?
The published plans do not include location filming. This service starts with supplied materials and agreed illustrative scenes; ask about fit if new filming is essential.
Does one order include Instagram, website and every other version?
A standard single-video order covers the selected duration and one aspect ratio. Additional cuts, formats and languages must be agreed separately. A campaign package has its own published quantities.
Examples for everyday business offers
A useful business video starts with something a customer can act on: a current menu, a booking slot, a product or a defined service. Use your actual service area and contact details in the brief so the film does not suggest a shop or location you do not operate.
Restaurants and food shops
Show the real dish, portion and location using current photos or phone clips. Choose one offer and approve the price, dates and order link. Use generated atmosphere only where it does not misrepresent what a customer will receive.
Beauty businesses
Provide genuine premises, current packaging and approved service descriptions. A generated person is not a real customer result. Obtain permission for any identifiable client, testimonial or treatment recording.
Retail and independent brands
Start with clear photos of one current product or collection, including labels and packaging. Show real stock and approved features; agree the selected aspect ratio and any additional edits before production.
Professional services
Introduce who you help, the service you actually provide and how a prospective customer begins. Supply approved credentials, genuine team imagery and a booking destination. Do not invent client outcomes or represent generated people as your employees or customers. A short service introduction can be useful when the next step is a consultation, inquiry or appointment.
Studio samples for fictional brands; they illustrate a direction, not a client project.
Creators and personal brands
Use an authorized founder recording, original artwork or existing material to establish your own voice. Approve the biography, claims and any likeness or voice permissions. A generated character can be a creative treatment, but should not be presented as evidence that a real event or endorsement occurred.
AI Social Video: A Golden Afternoon in Amsterdam
A couple walks along the canals, stops for a pastry, and takes a break by the water. Golden light, handheld movement, and first-person views give this studio sample the casual feel of a travel vlog.
Plan your time
| Your task | Suggested allowance | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Brief and scope | 15–30 minutes | Choose one audience, message, format and decision-maker. |
| Gather existing assets | 30–60 minutes | Organize approved files. Recording new footage takes additional time. |
| Review the direction | 15–30 minutes | Optional storyboard review on standard orders. |
| Review the video | 15–30 minutes | Check the complete preview and consolidate timestamped notes. |
Total: about 75–150 minutes across the project. These are planning allowances, not measured averages or promised time savings. New photography, recordings, internal approvals and additional feedback are extra.
