Formats and delivery

Video Specs by Platform

Choose the actual placement first, then agree aspect ratio, length, safe zones and captions. A platform name alone does not define an export.

How to use this specification guide

Last checked: October 30, 2026. Length recommendations below are Solivo editorial starting points unless explicitly identified as a platform rule. Ad and organic placements can differ. Safe zones depend on interface overlays; confirm the current preview before export.

TikTok and YouTube rules are linked to their official guidance. Xiaohongshu and WeChat entries are preparation guidance, not independently verified numerical upload limits. The event venue supplies its own playback specification.

One main film, multiple export decisions

A shorter edit, a different aspect ratio and a translated version are separate decisions. A single-video order includes one chosen format. List additional versions before production; the Campaign Package has separately defined quantities and an agreed distribution across channels.
