Start with the message
Write down who will watch the video, what they should remember and what they should do next. A folder of assets becomes more useful when the intended story is clear.
- One audience and one primary message
- An approved benefit or claim
- A destination such as a website, booking page or event
Identify the right files
Use clear names and supply final versions. Tell us which logo belongs on the closing frame, which product is current and which footage illustrates the key action.
- Logo artwork and brand colors
- Product views, labels and packaging
- People, locations and real footage you have permission to use
Separate reference from evidence
A style reference can suggest pacing or atmosphere. It does not prove a product claim or grant permission to reuse another creator's footage. Supply your own approved facts and materials.
State the boundaries
List what must be reproduced accurately, what may be generated and what must not appear. Include old packaging to avoid, restricted claims and files that must be used unchanged.
Submit when ready
For standard single videos, the studio checks the submitted materials before production. Rush skips review and storyboard, so complete the brief and check the files before submitting. Campaign packages are planned by email after payment.
